La Casa De Los Leones is a HUD Section 8 Elderly independent living apartment complex conveniently located in Northwest Tucson, Arizona, minutes from Interstate 10 and downtown Tucson. 

The building is two levels with easy access to an elevator and stairwell, all units are only accessible through interior entrance doors. The units are non-furnished utilities included with 26 one-bedrooms of 505 square feet and 10 efficiency units of 415 square feet with 2 being wheelchair accessible.

Kitchen is vinyl flooring furnished with refrigerator, electric stove/oven, cabinets and small pantry area. The large bathrooms are vinyl flooring with tub/shower. Living room and bedroom are wall to wall carpet. For convenience, a laundry facility is available in the upper level.

In the lower level a community room with television, small kitchen, soda vending machine is available for tenant activities. The property is desert landscaped with covered patios and chairs including non-covered parking spaces for tenant and visitors use.

We have an on site manager and maintenance technician during business hours, but are available for maintenance emergencies only by pager. The complex has a monitored alarm system in case of a fire. Nearby is the Northwest Tucson City police substation, Jacobs Park (Jacobs YMCA Center), Tucson Mall, grocery store, Walgreens and bus stop to name just a few.

La Casa De Los Leones management agent is The Lions Foundation of Arizona, Inc. The management agent and staff strive to ensure that the tenants are in a clean, secure and friendly environment including providing casual monthly activities.
